    • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

    • 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O

    • 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O

    • 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O

    • 3 cups boiling water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)

    • 3 cups cold water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 1 ½ cups whipped topping

  • For Decoration:

    • Whipped cream (for topping)

    • Pastel sprinkles

    • Candy eggs

Instructions

  1. Lemon Layer:
    Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, then stir in 1 cup of cold water. Add ⅓ of the cream cheese and ½ cup of whipped topping. Mix until smooth. Pour into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

  2. Berry Blue Layer:
    Dissolve berry blue Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Stir in another ⅓ of the cream cheese and ½ cup of whipped topping. Pour carefully over the lemon layer and chill for 30 minutes.

  3. Grape Layer:
    Repeat the process with the grape Jell-O, the remaining cream cheese, and whipped topping. Pour over the set layers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. Decorate:
    Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and candy eggs for a festive finish. Slice and serve!

Notes

  • Make sure each Jell-O layer is completely set before adding the next to keep layers distinct.

  • Can be made 1 day in advance and stored covered in the fridge.

  • For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese and light whipped topping.
